This steakhouse was beautiful inside! The outdoor seating was fantastic for enjoying a meal under the stars in the Gaslamp Quarter. However, the food was just so-so. The idea of grilling your own food is fun until you actually have to stand there and grill. You think to yourself.....I could have done this at home for half the price! The fun fizzled after the first 5minutes. This may be a great first date spot, as it gives you an activity to do together that may help break the ice.

Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion- San Diego, CA
Kim's Review- The 1988 Martini was excellent. It was a mixture of ABSOLUT Ruby Red Vodka, SOHO Lychee Liqueur & PatrĂ³n CitrĂ³nge Liqueur. The location of this restaurant is breathtaking. The patio is the ideal spot to share a romantic dinner in the San Diego area. The ambiance was better than the entree I ordered. I found the steak to be over cooked. That's what I get for ordering steak at a restaurant known for seafood. I recommend going to Roy's for cocktails and relaxing on the patio at night.
